Blair Levin
Executive Director

Mr. Levin is a Senior Nonresident Fellow of the Brookings Institute's Metropolitan Policy Project, and was Executive Director of the team that wrote the US National Broadband Plan. From 1993-1997, he was Chief of Staff of the Federal
Communications Commission.

Quadra is a strategic-advisory firm providing integrated expertise across business, finance, and public policy in the context of converging communications technologies. Quadra Partners' founders bring decades of experience serving senior executives and investors, including senior positions at McKinsey and Company and at Bernstein Research, as well as serving in senior positions at the Federal Communications Commission across several administrations.

T. Alexander Aleinikoff
Director, Zolberg Institute on Migration and Mobility

Professor Aleinikoff is a University Professor and has served as Director of the Zolberg Institute since January 2017. Before coming to The New School, Alex served as United Nations Deputy High Commissioner for Refugees (2010-15) and was a professor at Georgetown University Law Center, where he also served as dean and Executive Vice President of Georgetown University. He received a J.D. from the Yale Law School. 

Amina Fazlullah

A long-time public interest advocate on broadband policy and Mozilla Tech Policy Fellow, Fazlullah leads the effort on policies related to key applications to improve the lives and economic prospects for refugees.
